First-year head coach Travis Lovan helped lead the Todd County Central Lady Rebels to their first 4th Region Tournament since 2014, but he’s not satisfied just yet.
The Lady Rebels return senior guard Amy Brumfield who led the way with 10.9 points per game. Sophomore post player Makayla Artis averaged 6.0 ppg and was a top rebounder for Todd County Central last season.
While the Rebels will miss the senior presence of Alexis O’Daniel, Michaela Robertson and Tatyana Peterson, Lovan has put Todd County Central on a path to be a force for years to come.
Todd County Central starts the year at 7:30 p.m. Monday at McLean County.
