Todd County Extension Office is offering a virtual home cooking class. – Cooking with Jill!
Jill will demonstrate how to make a recipe from start to finish and you can cook along. At the end of the class, you should have a main dish ready or almost ready to eat. During the class, we will talk about things like measuring, knife skills, nutrition, etc. All the classes will be present over Zoom.

March 4, 4:00 p.m. – we will make pizza crust then you can add toppings and have your own homemade pizza
March 11, 4:00 p.m. – Baked Frittata and Strawberry Spinach Salad
March 18, 10:00 a.m.– Slow Cooker Beef Stew
March 25, 4:00 p.m. – Southwestern Chicken and Rice
