| Mr. Martin graduated from Clifty High School in 1962 and is a grain farmer in Todd County. An innovator in the field of no-till farming, he developed Martin Row Cleaners, Martin Spaded Closing Wheels, the Martin Unit Mounted Fertilizer Opener, and Martin Drag Chain Kit. Mr. Martin has received national recognition including the 1992 Farm Industry News Readers' Choice Award, the 1996 No-Till Farmer Innovator Award, and the 2005 No-Till Farmer Readers' Choice Product of the Year Award. He is owner of Martin Industries and Martin Homeplace, and has generously served his community by supporting many worthy causes such as the Rotary Club local student scholarships |
