Welcome to our Classroom Website

 

Hello, My name is Nina Poe.  I am married to a wonderful man and we have a blended family with 12 grandchildren. My husband and I live at the lake and we enjoy cookouts, boating, and fishing with our families. 

 

I have taught Head Start, Kindergarten, GED Science, Math, Reading, and Social Studies, Special Education in K-8th and middle schools. I have been teaching Special Education at TCCHS for 14 years.  I have a BS degree in Elementary Ed, with an emphasis in English; along with AA degrees in both Psychology and Sociology. I have Master degrees with certifications as a Reading Specialist and Special Education in LBD and MSD. 

 

However, I cannot do my job without the dedicated assistants I have in my classroom. They are Stephanie McKinney and Robin Blake.

 

Stephanie McKinney has been married for 42 years. She has been working for 26 years for Todd County School system.  She enjoys working with the students and help them in their daily lives.

 

Robin Blake has been married for 28 years. She has been working for Todd County School system for 12 years. She is currently a student at Murray State University pursuing a degree in Special Education.
